NORTHERN COLORADO FARMHOUSE
The clients are a young couple planning around a growing family. They wanted to optimize the spaces they’d use on a daily basis, maintain function out of multi-purpose spaces, and take advantage of their Rocky Mountain views. We wanted to play with materials a bit while keeping the overall composition and detailing of the house simpler. The spatial divisions in the living areas give definition and help visually expand the space without creating uncomfortably large rooms. Construction is beginning shortly.
